After the successful tribute of Samsung and Apple, there is another mobile company showing its difference in market by providing all featured smart phone with low cost.  It is none other than XIAOMI.  It’s got only 4 seconds to sell 1 lack phones.  It’s got 10 k crores from wide range of investors.  Currently Xiomi is leading in mobile sales and services especially introducing many featured smart phone mobiles for low cost.  4 years back XIAOMI has released a phone named “XIAOMI1” in China.  Apple and Samsung never bothered about its arrival, because many smart phones are coming and going with a disaster experience.  Xiaomi published the first version of phone and announced that people can buy through online.  Within 34 hours after registration, XIAOMI got order for 3 lacks phones.  By looking that demand along with XIAOMI all the mobile companies remained in a chaos situation, because no other mobiles got the demand with in this less time.

The cost decided for XIAOMI, is 16000 INR which can provide all features and options of Apple iphone.  Exactly 4months back Xiomi decided to start the business in India also.  The target decided by the company is to sell 10,000 phones in 1 week, but the decided target 10,000 has finished in 5 seconds.  This is a rare record in the Business History.
 
By the time the Xiaomi started in China, Apple and Samsung has the big market in mobile sales.  Xaiomi break all the strategies of Apple Iphone and Samsung mobiles by releasing its marketing strategy, high features for less cost.  Within less time span Xiaomi occupied first position and has given a strong competition for Apple and Samsung.  Later XIAOMI expanded its sales to India, Singapore, Russia and Malaysia.

The founder of CEO Mr. Lei Jan tells three reasons of success, first reason is the competitive mobile companies selling a full featured Quality mobile for minimum 30,000k but Xiaomi fixed 1/3rd of that rate for their mobile sales.  Second the marketing strategy used by Xiaomi is different, most of the percentage of money spent to publish the mobile and its features in Social Networking and e-commerce websites and the Third reason is the way the mobile sells, just like other mobile companies Xiaomi never released its stock directly into the market shops.  It is only announced and provided the market sales in popular e-commerce sites with different deals.  The only business technique behind this is, there is no partner relation in between the transport, export and import cases.  There would be direct dealing between buyers and sellers which can give a million dollar profit.



The founder Story 



After taking retirement from his previous company job as CEO, Lei Jun decided to spend rest of his life pleasant and peace fully.  Without any expectations, Lei Jan started the Xiaomi business.  Lei Jan has taken his Computer Degree at the age of 21 and later joined as Computer Engineer in a reputed company King Software.  Lei Jan has shown his high level talent and has shown good returns for the Company which he has worked.  By the time he was retired he is the CEO of that reputed company.

King soft has become the biggest reputed company and gone to the public issue.  The value of King soft by the time is 25,000 crores.  However it might be a big number but can’t reach the giants like Alibaba, Tens cent, Baidu.  This has taken as a failure; Lei Jan decided to place a company which can full fill his expectations.  And hence he has taken the demanded market sector smart phones.

Xiaomi used to take the spare parts from the companies which provide the hardware parts for Apple and Samsung.  That is the reason he never compromise in providing excellent Quality phones.  May this is the reason why the Xiaomi received profit after three years of its journey.  Lei is now 23rd Billionaire in China within one year.
